I am almost speechless…almost!
Chanel’s space/60’s/ski themed autumn/winter 2017 ready-to-wear show was most definitely out of this world. The collection was true to the brands original roots, full of beautiful knitwear and rich fabrics with stunning headbands, pendants and spacey boots. Slouchy coats, beautifully tailored trousers and simply or rather, complexly, exquisite dresses just make this my favourite collection of Paris fashion week. Karl has put very different styles and pieces in together in a genius way.
Below are my favourites.

A fashion feast for the eyes as always…My 3 favourite looks were:
- Classic Glamour /Brie Larson wore a strapless black velvet Oscar de la Renta gown.
- Old Hollywood /Emma Stone wore a custom-designed Givenchy Haute Couture dress by Riccardo Tisci.
- Latina Elegance /Alicia Vikander wore a black Louis Vuitton dress and sandals.
How can I sum up the Julien Macdonald A/W17 ready-to-wear show?
Stunning intricate pieces with a splash of 70’s glamour and a pinch of vulgarity but somehow it all works.
My 3 favourite looks from the collection…
What’s this ‘Too Risqué’ (maybe on the verge of tacky) business all about?
Who needs flowers and chocolates when I got Wu. Jason Wu to be precise.
